Thank you for shopping with Jack Be Nimble Candles this holiday season! The following Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made during our Black Friday | Cyber Monday Event (November 27 – December 1, 2025). Please review these carefully before completing your order.

💛 Promotional Details

Event Dates:

  • Begins Wednesday, November 27, 2025 (8:00 AM ET) for VIP Early Access.

  • Opens to the public Thursday, November 27, 2025 (6:00 PM ET).

  • Ends Monday, December 1, 2025 (11:59 PM ET).

Discount Structure (automatic at checkout):

  • Spend $50 → 5% off

  • Spend $100 → 10% off

  • Spend $150 → 15% off

  • Spend $200 → 20% off

  • Spend $300 → 25% off

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout — no codes required.

🎁 Exclusions

The following items are excluded from all sale promotions:

  • Candle bundles or pre-discounted sets (including “Buy More, Save More” bundles)

  • Candle cases (12-count case discounts)

  • Previous purchases, gift cards, and custom/private-label orders

Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotions.
Only one promotional discount applies per order.

📦 Shipping & Processing

All Black Friday | Cyber Monday orders are processed in the order received.

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment due to the high volume of orders.
(We appreciate your patience — every candle is hand-poured and packed in small batches at our Chamblee, GA studio.)

Priority Shipping:
If you select USPS Priority Mail at checkout, your order will be prioritized for shipment.

Free Shipping:
Orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free within the continental U.S.

Local Pickup:
Pickup is available at our Chamblee, GA Studio. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.

🚫 Order Adjustments

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping address, scent selections, or quantities.
Please double-check your cart and delivery details before submitting payment.

We are unable to retroactively apply discounts to previous orders or combine multiple orders for additional savings.

💔 Returns, Exchanges & Damages

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@jackbenimblecandles.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

🕯️ Product Availability

All items are available while supplies last.
Because our candles are handcrafted in limited batches, some scents or vessels may sell out quickly and will not be restocked.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders for unavailable items, or substitute packaging of equal value if necessary.

🛍️ Additional Terms

  • Sale prices apply only during the official Black Friday | Cyber Monday event window.

  • Prices revert to standard retail pricing at 12:00 AM ET on December 2, 2025.

  • Jack Be Nimble Candles, LLC reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time without notice.

Jack Be Nimble Candles, LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or postal service interruptions once an order has shipped.

All products are sold as-is, without warranties beyond those required by law.
