Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. You will receive an auto-notification from us with a tracking number the day your package is shipped. That means that we packed your order and it was sent to our mailroom forcarrier pick up!

Due to the overwhelming amount of packages at shipping facilities, it is taking longer to get every package scanned at each point in the transit process. It may take up to 5 days for tracking to be available, and we unfortunately do not have any additional information other than the information provided in the tracking number. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you are having an issue with your tracking information. We unfortunately cannot do anything to expedite this and cannot guarantee a timely delivery. Please also note, shipping and processing time does NOT include transit time, something we cannot control.

Most items that qualify for free shipping are shipped via USPS. If your order is time-sensitive, we suggest upgrading to our priority option that is available at checkout. While that will not change processing times, it will likely reduce delays in transit.

CANDLE CARE

CONTAINERS:  Our containers are finished with a white matte treatment which can show fingerprints over time. This is very easy to remove with paper towel and a window cleaner.  

BURNING:  Before each use, wick should be trimmed to 1/4".  To maintain optimal performance, we recommend burning for 3-4 hours at a time. Allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar to prevent the wax from building up and "tunneling". Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of a draft, pets or small children. Allow candle to cool completely before handling.  

SAFETY:  Please follow all safety instructions on warning label when burning our candles.  

REED DIFFUSERS

CONTAINERS: please note the paint on the diffuser cap may dissolve with spills or prolonged exposure to fragrance oil. We suggest removing the cap for a cleaner look.

USER GUIDE: Place reed diffuser on a flat, stable surface. Gently twist the white collar and set aside. With fingers, carefully remove stopper in glass bottle. Twist collar back on again and place reeds in solution.  Wait for reeds to absorb liquid sit back and enjoy the long lasting aroma.  Place your reed diffuser in a high traffic area, this encourages air circulation and lifts the fragrance. Our diffusers are best suited for smaller spaces like a bathroom, or on the side table next to your bed. They will not be very noticeable or potent in larger spaces. Pro Tip: Flip the reeds for a burst of fragrance!

SAFETY: Combustible. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Do not light the reeds. Our fragrance oils are not developed for aromatherapy diffusers or humidifiers. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Use gloves when handling used reeds. Do not consume and keep away from children or pets. If the oil spills, clean up immediately, as the oils and resins can cause damage to some finishes.
