SHIPPING

Jack Be Nimble Candles ships via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Your item will leave our Midtown Atlanta studio within 7-8 business days.

RETURNS

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, always! If you’re unsatisfied with your Jack Be Nimble products, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@jackbenimblecandles.com. So that we can better assist you, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example:

All returns must be processed within 60 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Jack Be Nimble order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc) 

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.

Care Instructions

CONTAINERS: Hand-wash only. Best reused for cold or room temperature beverages.

BURNING:  Before each use, wick should be trimmed to 1/4".  To maintain optimal performance, we recommend burning for 3-4 hours at a time. Allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar to prevent the wax from building up and "tunneling". Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of a draft, pets or small children. Allow candle to cool completely before handling.  

SAFETY:  Please follow all safety instructions on warning label when burning our candles.

    Everyone of our candles is carefully curated and made with love by hand in our small studio in Atlanta, Georgia. First we start with all-natural, 100% soy wax from the Untied States.
