Jack Be Nimble Candles ships via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Your item will leave our Midtown Atlanta studio within 7-8 business days.

So that we can better assist you, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example:

All returns must be processed within 60 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Jack Be Nimble order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc) 

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.

CONTAINERS:  Our containers are finished with a white matte treatment which can show fingerprints over time. This is very easy to remove with paper towel and a window cleaner.  

BURNING:  Before each use, wick should be trimmed to 1/4".  To maintain optimal performance, we recommend burning for 3-4 hours at a time. Allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar to prevent the wax from building up and "tunneling". Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of a draft, pets or small children. Allow candle to cool completely before handling.  

PLEASE NOTE: Our smaller candles are half of the size of our full-sized candles and will not have the same scent throw. They can scent smaller spaces like bathrooms or small offices, but will not fully fragrance large rooms.
